SHIPPING DETAILS Important Details
We ship our products from a number of suppliers in the UK, EU & Worldwide.
Due to the nature of shipping from different locations around the world, timescales vary due to a number of factors.
These include:
– Whether or not the item has been manufactured.
– Whether the item has been granted QC approval and is ready for shipping.
– The location of the item.
– Delays caused by shipping services.
– Import/customs holding periods.
This will be detailed in an email to you when your item is shipped.
We are not repsonsible for any delays in the shipping/handling process, including but not limited to:
– Natural disaster
– Adverse weather
– Traffic accident
– Industrial accident
– Import/customs delays
